Phulkopir Roast (Cauliflower Roast)
The caulifower was waiting for long in the refrigerator, to be cooked. And everyone was overlooking it, since a usual curry would mean a lot of effort. I was also looking for some thing that is low in fat. I found the roast recipe interesting and easy. Here it goes:
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower, separate the florets into small pieces.
- 2 garlig cloves
- Coriander Powder
- Black pepper powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil (any other oil would do)
Procedure:
- Wash the cauliflower florets and drain as much water as you can.
- Mince the garlics.
- Mix garlic, coriander powder, pepper powder, salt and olive oil with the cauliflower evenly.
- Pre-heat in oven at 230 degrees centigrade.
- Put the cauliflower mixture in a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- The cauliflower will be done when it will be brownish at ends. (Check photo for reference).
