Phulkopir Roast (Cauliflower Roast)

The caulifower was waiting for long in the refrigerator, to be cooked. And everyone was overlooking it, since a usual curry would mean a lot of effort. I was also looking for some thing that is low in fat. I found the roast recipe interesting and easy. Here it goes:

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium cauliflower, separate the florets into small pieces.

  • 2 garlig cloves

  • Coriander Powder

  • Black pepper powder

  • Salt, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil (any other oil would do)

Procedure:
  • Wash the cauliflower florets and drain as much water as you can.

  • Mince the garlics.

  • Mix garlic, coriander powder, pepper powder, salt and olive oil with the cauliflower evenly.

  • Pre-heat in oven at 230 degrees centigrade.

  • Put the cauliflower mixture in a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.

  • The cauliflower will be done when it will be brownish at ends. (Check photo for reference).
